The LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 is a vehicle- and laser-based detection solution that reliably identifies gas leaks and indications in underground gas pipelines. Air samples are drawn in, analyzed, and documented as the operator drives along the pipeline route, enabling quick and efficient detection of methane emissions. The SeCuRi SAT software links precise measurement values to sections of pipe and records them automatically. It then automatically generates the LDAR report required for oversight, such as the European Methane Regulation. Thanks to its modular design and low energy requirements, the system can be integrated into a wide variety of vehicles and ensures maximum efficiency when inspecting pipe networks.

The LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 is especially suitable for utility companies, network operators, and service providers needing to inspect underground gas pipelines efficiently and reliably. The LGP 800 scans the pipeline route by traveling directly over it. When using an optional wind gauge, the inspection area can be extended by up to 5 meters in the wind direction.

Thanks to its compact, modular design, the LGP 800 can be installed in a wide variety of vehicles. Thanks to its low power consumption, the LGP 800 can be operated completely normally using the car battery, so no additional power source is required. This means that the system can also be installed in electric vehicles (EVs).

The system is designed exclusively for the selective detection of methane (natural gas), with no interference from other gases.

The LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 detects methane concentrations as low as 0.1 ppm with an accuracy of 2.5 meters.

The LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 is the most affordable vehicle-based system currently available. This system can be user-installed on your vehicle of choice. Additionally, the software is a one-time software license with very affordable annual maintenance costs.
